Depends on what part of Ohio you are flying into. Southwest serves Columbus and I think Cleveland. Air Tran flies into Dayton. Unfortunately here in Cincinnati we don't have any major low-cost carriers except ones that fly into Florida. I would check out Southwest and maybe even http://www.airfarewatchdog.com.
