go onto the money saving expert website and sroll until you find the section on cheap flights. www.mse.com
also go onto ryanair.com and easyjet website. Also depends where you want to go. try britishmidlands website too. If you are going far away then it is best to book through a travel agency. I don't think you can get stand-by tickets everywhere anymore so check that one out carefully.
ive been told that walmart.com has cheap travel arrangements. people at work use it. stand-by i dont know about. good luck :)
It all depends on where your are going and where your are originating your trip from. Flights from USA to Europe are priced differently than Europe to USA. Try key words such as "Airline Consolidator" and check some of those out. And NO - you cannot book an open return.
