NWA offers alot of flights into and out of Rochester... they also serve philadelphia... if you can drive to Minneapolis, there are 8 daily direct flights to Philadelphia...
Try www.airfarewatchdog.com to see if you can find any cheap flights. Rochester used to be an expensive city to fly out of. With the low cost carriers hopefully ticket prices have come down.
