How to search for cheap flights without giving a destination?

so i would like to fly just for the sake of flying, i have never flown and i hear plane tickets are cheaper than ever. i don't care where i go, i just want to be able to say i have flown. i live in maryland so i can fly out of bwi, dca, or iad. when i go to sites like orbitz or priceline, how can i find the cheapest tickets without having to give a destination? or maybe should i call the airports? travel agency? How to search for cheap flights without giving a destination?
just go to some place and say to the lady to take you to a cheap place that looks cool
No one can give you an answer without knowing your destination, because prices vary depending on where you're leaving from and where you're going. It costs more to go to Hawaii, for instance, than New York, if you're in Maryland.

You have to have a start place and an end place for them to give you an answer. How to search for cheap flights without giving a destination?
There is no such thing. 99.99 percent of people fly because they have to go somewhere.

For you, the cheapest faes would likely be to NY, Florida cities, Chicago and maybe Atlanta.

If you just want to fly, a flight school at a small airport someone will take you up for an hour or so for 40 bucks.
