Really cheap flights to USA from UK?

I'm planning on a trip to the USA, with a road trip. Not set on where, but it'll be Autumn 2010. Is there a way to get really cheap flights? Any websites/info would be great.Really cheap flights to USA from UK?

You cannot now (late August 2010) find and book air tickets for Autumn 2010. It is too early.



Answering another similar question one or two weeks ago, I found Opodo was the booking site with the most advanced booking dates. Currently, it does not quote airfares beyond August 2010. Travelocity July 2010.

Include low cost airlines in your query when possible.



Opodo is a major Europe-based booking site (airfares in British pounds, or in euros forr some local sites).



Travelocity usually quotes the best deals (airfares in US$) in the USA. Travelocity has a local site in the UK, but it is not as known as the American one.



For some destinations in the USA from UK, Aer Lingus may also offer good deals

These three site are all flight search engines, which aggregate a great deal of flights and will then be able to find lower prices than online travel agents who are only limited to a few airlines etc.
