and I mean like REALLY cheap, hopefully around 200 pounds or less (for flying there and a return)Where can I find really cheap flights from london to New york?

I have never seen any return tickets from London or Manchester to New York for 拢200 in 16 years of transatlantic travel. You may be very lucky and find one for 拢350-拢400 but on average it will be around 拢500, depending on when you go. Holidays are usually even more expensive.

I dont think you could get flights for that price to be honest, the average price of a return flight from London to New York is 拢300 +
