To get the lowest price, shop around online at places such as Expedia and Orbitz. Also contact a travel agent to get a free quote. Since it's free, you can't lose anything. Who knows, they may have a better price!
online booking would be the cheapest + easiest way to place a book a cheap flight. there are many online booking (3rd party agent) and just google it and you can find yours.
