Without mentioning where you are flying from, we cannot really help you. You can check out http://www.kayak.com or http://www.orbitz.com. I would also look at Southwest Airlines and Allegiant as both are discount airlines.
Spirit Air has some $235 round trips from Chicago to Las Vegas in mid March.
Pack light, everything costs extra on Spirit. There are also a few $300 RT fares on Airtran from Milwaukee.
I would also suggest www.kayak.com - this site compares flight prices not only through airlines, but through many other websites as well. It should help you get the best deal available.
