What locations have cheap flights between Central America & Columbia?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced flight between Columbia and Central America (anywhere between Panama and Guatemala).



Most airlines charge $300usd+ because they don't have a direct flight. I'm looking for the airline with a short direct flight, but it's near impossible to answer this question from the airlines websites.
