Cheap flights?

Hey all, i was wondering if anyone knew any websites of companies where i might be able to find cheap flights from Glasgow, Scotland to Pensacola Regional, in Florida, i'd love to take my son who will be 1 then to see family there but don't want to break the bank. any links or advice would be great? also anyone any idea what i'll need to get into the country ie E111 (not called that anymore but) or doctuments/jabs.... any advice would be brilliantCheap flights?
Although I can understand you're wanting to keep the price down, the EHIC (replaced the E111 a couple of years ago) only covers you within Europe - it is essential that you take out health and travel insurance, unless you can lay your hands on a few million dollars if needed to cover emergency care, air ambulance back to UK etc.

Medical costs in the US are fiendish, and some places will not even treat you without you having insurance.

Not worth the risk - especially with a baby, who as we all know can get sick very quickly (although they thankfully get better quickly too, with the right treatment).

You will of course need the latest all-singing all-dancing passport or those wonderful guys on the US Immigration desk will have you in Guantanamo Bay quicker than you can say "Catweazle!".
I used two methods to get cheap flights:

1)Go to a travel agent, STA is normally very good. Don't pay them anything, but take down the flight details (airline and flight numbers) then go onto the internet and get it cheaper

2) Type into Google "cheap flights" you can include "to florida" if you want. Then spend some time going through several internet sites to get the cheapest option. Try adjusting the dates too as going on the "wrong" day of the week will save you even more.

The time and effort will be worth it. Hope you have a nice holidayCheap flights?

You can try: cheapoair.com -- they offer great deals on airline tickets. Good Luck.

as far as I know a passport for the two of you.Maybe not the son because he's so young.good luck
Apart from having decent medical insurance, as mentioned above, both you and your son will need to have individual passports - children can't be included on a parents' passport any more (and check with the US Consulate in Glasgow whether you will need visas, US Immigration can be awkward if the immigration agent is having an off day).
I've heard of mteonline.net (MidAtlantic Travel Enterprises) click on book travel which is located on the left side in brown. Click on flights and see what kind of deal you get. On this site you can book everything from flights, rent cars, cruises, etc. The good thing about this site is that you have control and can book all of your travel yourself. Check it out. Hopefully this response helps.
