You really can't rent a car. People rely on scooters or cabs. If you are in the US try Jetblue.com, or even Aircanada.com. It is also really expensive. Remember Bermuda is not that South so locals don't go into the ocean until at least late May.
You should research Bermuda before you go. You are not allowed to rent a car in Bermuda, only locals can have them. Hotels in Bermuda are very expensive (around $250 a night for a moderate one). The flights are the last thing you should be worrying about.
